First time didn't show up for the flight. Was begging for second chance. He flew and was at the office for orientation. Very nice and polite, but then, his claims about brave ex military guy started to fall down. He is scared to drive in the big city, he doesn't know how to park the truck, how to use the gps, log book etc. Not for hire!
