    Driver quit, took him 3 weeks to bring the truck from TX-IL ; on his final load he missed the picked, and then also missed delivery twice. Didn't do pre-trip and got on the highway with the trailer doors open ( mind you tailer was sealed with food grade product, whole load is being rejected). You give him 800 miles for 2 days and he still cannot make it. Drives maybe 350 miles per day if that. Slow motion driver, cost us more money than he was bringing in. Not eligible for rehire. Seemed like a nice guy but the situation quickly turned into a disaster.
