Mentally unstable person, I suggest avoiding at all costs. He will talk about creating new world and other non-sense. He abandoned equipment near home, talking how he will start working later in the day, then switches to tomorrow in the morning, and every day it is the same. He drove several times to the house just because dispatch did not have a load for him without any communication, once was over 1k miles empty, another time it was over 700 miles. He does not listen and has his own ideas and mindset. The guy is special in the head, honestly, it's unbelievable as to how he was able to get his cdl, some of his mindset is of a person who might want to do harm to others. I would not recommend or rehire this piece of trash, he will have left me a negative of close to a $10,000. STAY AWAY
