Told us he was pulling reefer before 1 load claim because he didn't know how to set reefer temp. Every time he is home will use equipment for his personal use no permission was asked. If the load is going thru his home minimum 2 days on the late delivery no explanation notification on why. Will demand to be paid right after the load is delivered. Drop trailer at the receiver drop bobtail to the airport. Left truck trashed and damaged
