    We hired this driver as a company driver on percentage. He worked for 2 weeks and the worst 2 weeks ever. 2nd load he was on he failed to see he has the wrong load and wrong destination. always demanding that every load even back hauls need to be $4 per mile or more. we called him to come to the office he took off with the truck towards his house in Dayton OH then disconnected gps eld and told us he will tell us where truck is parked or left once he finds a new job. we caught him by trailer gps and fired him on the side of the highway after chasing him 120 miles from office
