    After supposedly getting married and buying a house in North Carolina, he stopped caring about taking care of the expensive equipment entrusted to him. Wouldn't perform necessary pre-trip inspections and do required tasks such as checking for leaks and draining the air compressor. Preventable issues started occurring which cost the company thousands of dollars. He demanded to be paid for sitting while the equipment was in the shop. Then he also kept lying about the home time and held our equipment hostage in NC for about a month before quitting without a notice. Wanted to drive empty all the way to Chicago with these fuel prices. Barely convinced him to get a load going part of the way and he still drove empty after that. Do NOT waste your time with this guy.
