    On his first day he made a damage in the amount of $15,000 by crossing over the divided highway in attempt to make a U-turn. He damaged the equipment and we needed to get towing. Not to mention that he was avoiding to work every chance he got and after three weeks he just stopped answering the phone and never showed up to work. Very unprofessional and unreliable!
