"This driver has had a family emergency every other week ever since he got hired in order to go home. We have accommodated him every time but he has let us down each time he has gone home. Once at home with a load he always was late and made up excuses in order to stay at home , not carrying that he put our company in jeopardy . This person asks for huge cash advances all the time as he makes up all kinds of excuses why we shouldn't deduct those cash advances from his check . On his last trip he left our truck with a load and with damage and it didn't even wait for the mechanic to come over and quickly fix the truck . Upon picking up the truck we have discovered that he has done damages to the truck body .Stay away from this person at any time.

Anderson Bernesier consistently refused well-paying loads (around $3 per mile), frequently misplaced fuel cards, and demonstrated unprofessional behavior, including yelling at dispatch and management. I do NOT recommend working with him.

Safety folks, please be advised!  Mr. Pharr applied for a non-CDL <26,000 box truck position.  As a CDS, I do things a little differently for my non-CDL drivers.  I run all Clearinghouse query, PSP, and MVRs for all my drivers whether they are in the clearinghouse or not.  This driver fraudulently filled out a Tenstreet application.  He stipulated that he was a Class C driver, he had no accidents in the last 5 years, no convictions in the last 3.  The accident in '21, was not on the application but on his PSP.  The FMCSR section which asks about being 'currently disqualified from driving a CMV, License ever been suspended/revoked, and denied a license.  All three were answered "no".  This is not truthful, so finally after explaining that he will only be considered if he accepts the query.  He is "prohibited" to drive a CMV.  In '22, he was cited for being on duty, while in operation of a CMV while under the influence, and was in possession of a narcotic drug/amphetamine.  This citation wasn't on his application nor was the company he was driving for.

Please be diligent with your hiring folks, if we only did the basic background - we don't catch this.  If hired, and driving and gets pulled over?  That is an automatic OOS, Driver fitness violation, and towing of the truck.  Another tidbit of information, when a driver gets downgraded - some states don't not annotate that original license was a Class A, and was reduced/downgraded to Class C for a violation of the FMCSR Drug and Alcohol regulations.  This is a huge oversite.

Derrick Dennis and Tameka Dennis were contracted as drivers but proved to be completely unreliable and unprofessional. They accepted the position, completed only one load, and then abandoned the truck without notice or valid reason. Their actions caused operational disruptions, financial loss, and demonstrated clear dishonesty and irresponsibility. Both individuals have shown scammer-like behavior, taking advantage of company resources and failing to meet even the most basic driver obligations. Companies and dispatchers should avoid working with Derrick Dennis and Tameka Dennis — their record reflects poor work ethic, lack of accountability, and untrustworthy conduct.

This driver went home after receiving his paycheck, then illegally took control of the truck without authorization. He is now demanding $5,000 and threatening to move the truck to a private yard and refuse to return it unless he gets paid.

This is vehicle theft and extortion, and we have already reported the case to the DOT and FMCSA for further investigation.

Warning to any company considering hiring this driver — extremely unprofessional and dishonest behavior.

Warning to all carriers and dispatchers:
This driver dropped the truck with an active load and disappeared without any communication. He left the equipment and freight unattended, ignored all calls and messages.

This kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and dangerous for your business — you could easily lose your customer or face serious claims.

Avoid at all costs – not reliable, not responsible, not trustworthy.
