After coming back to work from long weekend off we dispatched him to pick up a load. He asked for a $300 advance, after which suddenly he decided not to work and declared that he is done working for us and dropped our equipment at the truck stop (3 states away from home terminal) and told us to come pick it up. Was always paid on time and sent home whenever he requested.
