    Driver Eric Harper has worked for our company for 14 months. We always pay our driver's on time and every penny they earn. Eric was constantly complaining "he has no money". In 14 months he has made $83273.51 He always had a negative attitude. Many broker's have called our company and complained to our dispatcher's about his attitude and rudeness. On 01/11/2023 Eric delivered a load at 7AM in Laredo, TX and afterwards requested a day off. We sent him the next load information on 01/11/2023 PM for the pick up 01/12/2023 at 7:30AM and he confirmed it. The load was from Laredo, TX to Chandler, AZ. Eric lives in Casa Grande, AZ and instead of picking up the load and bringing the equipment home, he deliberately did not pick it up, abandoned our truck and trailer at the Pilot in Laredo, TX. He did not give us two weeks notice, did not turn in any of his paperwork which is against company policy he signed. He made our company buy parts for the truck and he said he will replace them himself, but our driver who came to pick up the truck found out none of them were replaced. Basically he bought the parts for our money and took it with him when he quit. He also stole the snow socks our company purchased. The truck steer tires were one of them at 81 PSI and the other one at 90 PSI which ruined them while running them at that pressure. Would never rehire him again, ever.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
