Eric from the beginning had love/ hate relationship with dispatch. One day he would be happy with dispatch then like a light switch he would say he does not like the dispatcher. We decided to let him finance a truck through us which became a big mistake from the very beginning he started to constantly want to go home, obviously if you are not working your checks will start going down drastically and so on, well one day he just decided to abandon the truck and leave. Reason for leaving was because he did not agree to cash advance sum that was put on his settlement. The dispatcher actually gave him an advance on the week that he was off and then split the advance into 4 equal payments which on the last payment he said i never took out the advance. Long story short, we had to recover the truck. I would not hire him again
