Crazy. Selfish, he doesn’t understand how this business works, he will not drive any short load or he will demand to get paid and blackmail you into driving it, by requesting to get paid double for it or even more. No matter if he drove a 1000 or 700 miles load before that. He will gladly reject any load he doesn’t like or direction it goes, and this is all as working as a company driver, paid by the mile. Very rude towards women and disrespectful, he will put them “Into their place” just to be clear how he stands with that. Also he has a brother Javier Rodriguez, little less crazy than him but almost the same. Also both of them abandoned trucks without any notice or explanation. We had to recover them from out of state. Every load will be babysitting with them. A lot of unnecessary complications just to bug you.
