    Good news about the driver is that he very well informed and know how to use logbook. Safety is number one. Bad news: never listen for our advice. Did not know that has to send all the BOL to the office. We did not receive it and did not pay him. Just asked him to send it first and he will be payed next day after we will receive all the BOL. Instead of sending the BOL. He starts to be treating to us that he won't do delivery and will wait for his money. So technically its truck abandonment, It always was hard to deal with driver who is never listening and trying to create his own rules.
