    He applied for a job coming out of a huge company complaining he doesn't make money. His checks was like $400-$500 per week. We were confident that he will be much better with us since the average paycheck is $1700. He is a nice guy but can't drive more than 300 mi per day. Always late. We tried with 600 mi load - can't make it on time. 500 mi loads - can't make it on time. 300 mi load and the guy stopped at the truck stop 50 mi before the receiver and went to bad..... did not make it on time. We paid 2 late fees , he also lost a lumper receipt....
