We worked with this driver almost for 2 months, in this short amount of time had multiple issues. Duvelson was involved in 2 minor accidents due to texting and driving, both times tried to claim other party at fault. Logbooks usage was less then perfect with multiple HOS violation, once the freight market started descending abandoned truck in Florida refusing to return equipment or compensate recovery expense.
