    Wishy washy - missed the drug test, took the drug test, missed his sunday flight, got on a monday morning flight, came in, fille dout an app, next day remembered he had a court date for next monday and left. Wanted us to cover hsi flight ticket back home, which he got denied for and commented that we personally do not care, although he pleged he will come back once his court is done. I do not believe his intensions as he thought he was coming here for a regional job and while at the aiport made a coment - oh i am coming to chicago? i thought i was going to Ontario. Do not hire back - I fear that he might abandon the truck.

    This person applied and got sent to a drug test, he was wishy washy on it, however completed the test. Results came so we got him a ticket to fly him in. He was confused from the moment he got his ticket that he is going to Chicago and not Ontario canada. He seemed more confused when we had refreshed his memory of the job position being over the road. he assumed we are doing local and regional work. His flight was for Sunday, he got "lost" at the airport and failed to show up on Sunday, so he rescheduled his own flight for Monday morning. He got here, filled out paperwork and went to the hotel. Tuesday morning he finally got back to the office and stated that he needs to go back to Vegas because he forgot he had court in California on the 24th of August. We told him he can go - to which he stated he doesn't have money to go back. Well in our verbal contract we fly you in and take care of you, but we do not handle your way back home. We were courteous enough to drop him off at the airport. In an hour we received a phone call back from Douglas stating he wants to come back and drive for us as long as we get a load towards California for his court, to which management said NO. Then his friends started calling us and cursing us out, asking how come we fly someone in and leave him stranded. We advised them that his financial situation and poor organizational skills are to blame. Beware! this person is just trying to home and will take any job that gets him to Vegas or California.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    He exhibited very strange behavior and were talking drivel. Ultimately, he were against the inside camera while being on duty and started yelling.

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
