    Donell was originally supposed to come last week but had mentioned that he couldn't come. No problem, we rescheduled. I figured he was home until the flight, he could go take a drug test while he was home instead of when he lands for orientation. He did not respond, didn't answer any calls, then minutes before his flight was supposed to take off he texts me "Not coming." No response as to why or anything of that nature.
