Has a problem with angriness. Disrespectful to dispatchers. Very difficult to cooperate with. When you speak with him over the phone it is very difficult to explain to him anything since he will interrupt you in every sentence. He doesn't want to drive NYC. When we sent him once to pick up a load 100 miles far from NYC he refused after we booked a load.
