    At first everything was fine however on problems soon emerged as driver would constantly be late, disappear without notice only to go back working few days later, apologizing and stating it won't happen again, was caught stealing fuel, invited his friend to work here also that was fired shortly for the same reason, late on 90% of his loads, ELD usage was a constant problem also, finally abandoned truck and trailer with no notice, left equipment severely damaged (>$30.000 in damages)
