He is not a truck driver. It's almost impossible to get him from home he has 101 reasons not to drive. took a load for the delivery and then didn't deliver it I had to beg him to start driving an easy run not much of miles. but guess what happened he started driving only after he was all ready late for the delivery. one day trip took him 3 days for no reason. he is stopping in every truck stop driving 30 mins standing for 1 hour. keep in mind that this load is after 3 days of hometime. While at home he was using a company truck for his personal things. he is using company money and resources and not making any profit. waste of time and money. Also the first day after starting to drive home he didn't go to pick up the load because according to him his mother was hit by the car. started driving a truck and delivering one more thing happened water company came to his home to shut down the water driver was gone all day. and finally, the starter went to the delivery.... again picking up a trailer and his brother got into a car accident... and we started our 3 days trip for the delivery.
