    Driver sounds very professional, agreed that he'll come in on Monday to get his truck as an owner-op that was the cheapest one, he goes MIA, the truck gets assigned to another driver, he comes in, gets a different truck at a slightly higher price but agrees to the truck. Gets the truck, no problem. Gets offered a hot load, no problem. Gets loaded, supposed to drive, sits idly for 1hr, then decides that he doesn't want to proceed, we had to find a driver at the very last minute to recover that load, costing in total $2,600 for the company everything included. Would not hire, sounds good on the phone but turned out to be a waste of time, and money.
