    Never started. We finished the pre employment process, got him a flight and an Uber. He missed both. Than we decided to give him one more shot and got him a bus ticket. Calls up last minute and starts asking questions about the job that he had been informed about during the recruitment process but he just decided to forget. Said that what we are offering will not work for him. So basically wasted our processing and travel resources. Probably better this way, who knows how he would have messed up on the loads.
