    We are Chicago based carrier and when this driver was instructed to take the equipment back to the parking which was 2 miles away from his last delivery, he decided to go to his home in Indianapolis and stole the equipment. The police were involved and called him multiple times, but he didn't pick his phone and even worse turned it off and kept driving towards Indianapolis. The communication with this driver was horrible and almost impossible to get in contact with him. He always was late for pickup and delivery because going home when he was under dispatch. He was driving every day illegally on Personal without permission.
