It's absolutely the worst driver that I ever worked with in a few months he accomplished: * 2 accidents both with claims at his cause * none of the loads were picked up or delivered on time (never his fault of course) * serval damage to the truck - in and out * tires had to be changed every week or two * Never done pre-trip * Tickets adding up to over 3500 that was paid by the company * treated the entire team like complete shit with absolutely 0 respect to anything and anyone when I paid 2500 for his scale ticket and sent him a screenshot I heard "fuck you", I replied: simple thank you would be sufficient. Then, I heard back: nothing to thank for, fuck you, it's your fault... he never weighted oversized load and went straight to the scale then blamed everyone but himself as always * Never listens to anyone and has no logic with what he does * Ended up recovering the truck after he failed to pick up the load and demanded a few thousands of dollars claiming that the truck is broken and only he can fix it (to mention I called road service twice and they confirmed that he just drained batteries)
