    Looks like Carla has some sort of a mental condition as well as trouble with alcohol. Throughout hiring process, she had excessive uncontrollable crying for apparently no reason. And when she was asked to take the drug test, she requested a day off, and then cry again. Situation was unmanageable when she said she quits! Her behavior put a real dent in overall office energy. She might need special help but it was a complete waste of resources!
