The driver stated, after his low performance, that he has mild autism, he struggles with telephone communication. His dispatch hated a job with him because he didn't pick up a phone and continuously drove not more than 200 miles per day. We tried to speak with him, and gave him second chance; however it didn't work. Cameron uses some antidepressants, moreover sometimes his condition not really safe for trucking BECAUSE OF EXTREMELLY SLOW REACTIONS.
