    This driver worked for us for 1 week and asked to go through the house. We sent him home with the load. After getting loaded on Friday from his home town, he told dispatcher that he needs to go to the hospital to do some tests and that he needs cash advance of $250 for those tests. He took out $150 cash advance and told us that until we give him more money, he will not going to drive. Then, he stopped picking up our phone calls or answering messages. The next day this particular driver bobtailed with the truck to the beach, literally on the beach. Had to call police and police called wrecker service to tow the truck away.
