Here's a heads up about the driver we recently had on our team - Jean Baptiste Brecheneve. His performance was less than stellar. In fact, it was downright terrible.First of all, this driver has a habit of lying coooonstantly,  incredibly poor communication skills. He doesn't  answer his phone, and not just for a few days - we're talking weeks without any notice or explanation, not answering his dispatcher. This driver has a very aggressive attitude and thinks he can make decisions without consulting anyone else: dispatcher, owner, safety. He has  proven to be reckless on the road, getting into multiple incidents, violations: seat belt, cell phone. He hit a parked truck and tried to deny it was his fault. On top of that, he drove the wrong way on more than one occasion and managed to get stuck in mud twice, refusing to take responsibility for the tow truck expenses. He was following too close and struck a car and the owner, who had disabilities, ended up getting cited.Abandoned our loaded truck and didn't bother returning it.  Gets into fights all the time and threatens he is leaving the equipment on the shoulder, on the highway, and refuses to drive. To put it bluntly, this driver is rude and disrespectful.  I strongly recommend staying away from them if you value your time, money, and sanity.

    Big Trucks

This driver looks good on paper and sounds very dedicated and professional but she is far from that. She came to the office for orientation went through the motions and picked up her 1st load. Called accounting and asked for a cash advance which we agreed since she picked up her load and then went MIA. She drove the truck over 500 miles unauthorized miles and drove to her hometown and abandoned loaded tractor and trailer. Upon retrieving the truck, there was human and dog feces all over the truck along with used feminine products stuffed in the vents and on the floor. Avoid this individual at all cost unless you want to pay for extensive detailed cleaning.

STAY AWAY. This driver is a thief. He swapped out our entire set of good tires for old, worn-out junk during his shift. He literally stole from the equipment he was paid to operate. Total lack of integrity and a massive liability to anyone in the industry.

    Zero accountability, zero professionalism.
He did the drug test. We purchased a flight, uber, and hotel. He came to orientation and after that said I have a family emergency, not varying how much expenses we had and effort we put into it. Save yourself the frustration choosing someone who actually respects your time and effort.
Unreliable. A total waste of time.
