    Bobby was hired on 11/02/23 to work for us. He got first load same day and right away he asked for $200.00 Cash advance which was approved and issued to him. Next day he told us he got sick even though he made extra 200 miles out of his way to go to his house to spend over the weekend. He asked another $200.00 cash advance on 11/06/23 which was approved once again. He had a load of 1184 miles that he delivered on 11/08/23. Then after he delivered he picked up another load and stayed like 50 miles from PU until 11/09/23. Next day he starts to call from unknown number and requesting to get more money sent to him so he can pay his phone bill which we declined to do. He disconnected ELD device and was playing victim like he doesn't have GPS to go to make delivery where in fact he was all along driving during the day from near Corpus Cristy to Dallas. He send us message saying your truck is in Dallas and come and get it. Also he didn't want to give us location of the truck luckily we have GPS on trailer and we were able to find our truck and trailer and get it towed before he started driving again. He has abandoned the truck & trailer and didn't even want to tell us where our equipment is located. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any concerns but we would never hire this guy again. Dishonest and unprofessional and one of the worst drivers we had.

    Not eligible for rehire. Extremely hard to deal with, refuses to follow company's policies, very demanding and unprofessional. Worked only for a few days, stole BOL's so we couldn't get paid. Wanted to abandon equipment on his second day of work.

    DO NOT HIRE! Worked for a week and had to get home for his son's birthday for just one day - ended up being home for around 10 days completely ignoring us. Then he just texted that he's not making money and doesn't want to work with us no more. Asked for $400 to bring back the truck to IL from TX, when he received the money he disappeared again and next day told us that he had to bail himself out of jail and needs the same $400 again:)

    He exhibited very strange behavior and were talking drivel. Ultimately, he were against the inside camera while being on duty and started yelling.

    Abandoned truck and trailed while being under the load, left engine running!!

    Driver worked less than two months. Upon noticing him running late to a delivery, dispatch could not reach him, prompting a wellness check; the engine was found running and the reefer load left behind. We later reached the driver, but he hung up and blocked us upon realizing we were calling from the company.

    Driver arrived at the pick up on weekend, when decided to quit and abandon vehicle. Our  company got Freightguard because of this, would not recommend to hire this person.

    Extremely disappointed. We invested in a flight, hotel, and transport for this driver to join our team. He walked off the job less than 24 hours after arriving. Total lack of professional integrity and a waste of company resources. Avoid if you value your time!
