His (girl)friend called to apply instead of him. Turned out his English was very bad. That was not an issue for us and we hired him anyways. Took him days to arrive, got one load and decided he does not like to drive anymore - said that we lied about how much he will be paid (which we did not, we explained everything to him several times and he also received a paperwork that he reviewed and signed before he started driving), and then he said he has a sick child and has to go to him... Refused to get a load back to our yard, instead drove back empty 300+ miles and abandoned the truck at a truck stop near the airport with the keys locked inside. We had to pay another driver to recover the truck and a locksmith to open it. Almost got towed. Do not hire!!! Do not waste your time, money, energy and risk to have to have to chase him around! Do not make the same mistake we did!
