    The driver had really bad safety score, was lying about his accidents in the previous company, poor communication with dispatch.

    let him go because he had bad communication with his dispatch, low safety performance and also he didn't provide info about 4 accident from previous company. Hired to run OTR, told his dispatcher "Your not my Boss" Would only run 200 miles on a day he picked up or delivered, other days he would cap him self at 500 miles. Would not return calls from company, we had to repo the truck.
