    The driver just kept driving off the route without any notifications, always late to pick up and deliveries with no updates. Poor communication with the office staff, no updates, not possible to get a copy of BOL. Once we told him that we letting him go, he stole the truck from the yard and left. We had to remove him from the truck with the help of the local police.
