    As we hired him at the beginning he looked like very hard working and reliable but later we saw his true personality. He is stealing hours, every moment he feels unhappy, he knows better than anybody how to do work, people around him are stupid and he is professor. If he has pick up at 7 am, he will start work at 3 am doesn't matter if drive-time to pick up site is 45 min or even 1 hour. He was told many times start work 2 hours before pick up but he sitl started his work day when he wants not company lets him. If he has disagreements with company administration he calls police and threatens every time he will sue. Very paranoid personality.
