    Driver is always using the phone while driving! He worked for the company for 2 weeks, got into an accident on the third day of the employment due to being on the phone, damaged the truck, didn’t report to the company (the other driver whom he hit and ran away called us next day). Consistent hard breaking caused damaged of 2 loads (one had 7 rejected pallets because of it) Doesn’t check tire pressure at all, was driving with flat tire. Was adding extra miles and extra trips that he didn’t do to every weekly report, after being caught agreed that he made a mistake. Requested an advance payment due to family emergency, after receiving it turned off his phone truck and trailer at the truck stop and disappeared.
