Driver worked with us for about 3 months. Everything was good at the start, then he asked for two days at home. After that he turned off his phone, drove around extra 500miles with our truck. Appeared after five days asking where is his salary and just abandoned equipment at the end. As a driver, he wasn't bad, but end result is that we had to recover our equipment.
