Seemed like a nice guy at start, interested in the position ect. Done everything so I booked him a flight to orientation, then he texts me right before the flight that he got too scared and couldn't fly over his 15 year old son, then 4 days later he texts me again said he is all good and would like to schedule another flight, once more he texts me few a bit before the flight saying he decided not too fly. Very unreliable and just time and money wasted for nothing.
