Absolutely bad hire. He and his co-driver, Abdirisak Dhisow, started working for us as a team. From the very start they kept being late, kept arguing with the dispatch and safety department. Couldn't find address they should go. Finally when one of them got selected for random drug test, and we informed them to stop by for drug testing, they immediately, ripped ELD from the truck, turned loaded truck around and drove home for 500 mi without authorization!!!! DO NOT HIRE
