What’s your strategy for prioritizing loads when every customer insists their shipment is urgent?

We go by delivery windows first and then factor in distance. Sometimes we also look at customer history to decide who gets priority.

We do something similar but also try to combine smaller, urgent loads on the same route if possible to keep things moving efficiently.
