After we booked the load they were keep calling non stop for 5hours. Last minute when we arrived at the shipper, they cancalled the load and ghosted, left us with nothing at 5 PM, when there was nothing else to book

Booked a load, they had to send carrier packet. From the time they sent the packet to the time I emailed it back was 20 minutes, which is pretty quick for most set up packets. They emailed back saying they cancelled the load off of us and booked with another carrier because we take too long. I am sure they just found someone cheaper and planned on cancelling it anyway.

I called on the posted load 3 times and was hanging and waiting to talk to someone for up to 10 minutes each time. Finally, on 3rd attempt, the guy picked up and said that he can't use me because my company address is a virtual address and they will not use me and will not be able to help to resolve that. He refused to give me a phone number for the compliance department so I at least can try to resolve this. We moved to our current address about 18 months ago, I have been putting 10-14 hours 6 days a week ever since in this office and they just blame us that the address is not real. One of the weirdest experiences that I ever had in the past 7 years in the industry.

crooked company, dispicable management, scam carriers and dont pay for loads. Did 2 loads with these guys, both remain unpaid from last year january. Still in litigation trying to get paid. WARNING TO TRUCKING COMPANIES, MAKE THEM PAY UPFRONT OR REGRET IT

lie about pick up times. then do not pay detention.
when they nees updates even with macropoint keep calling and bothering dispatch and drivers for no reason but when times comes to pay detention the all company disappeared and no one is willing to compansate
specialy with thise people

It's not bad company just avoid JAMES HAMILTON. If you don't meet 3times his appt he will put you freight guard report and on do not use list plus he will cancel load that your driver trying his best to get . If you have machines in the truck go ahead and meet his appointments .

We booked load with Trent Williams, came at shipper on time, load wasn't ready and this broker refused to pay us TONU.

Avoid this broker – they engage in fraudulent practices and theft. They may either not pay you at all or reduce the previously negotiated rate. Stay vigilant to protect your earnings.

Wolf Direct Inc is in the business of scamming. We are filing with the Better Business Bureau, advise everyone else to do the same. They brokered us a load and never paid. Won't return our emails or phone calls.

This company is absolutely a joke. We agreed with representative Michael Batyuk that we can run load with specific time from CA to VA with delivery on Monday by 6pm and our driver will be their on time. Few hours later on broker Mike told us 6pm Monday is not good while driver already got to the shipper and he has another team option on this load, offered to me to pay $250 late fee or get another load. Now TONU was provided upon request. Please avoid to use, as this company review is reflection of their company.

This company is crooked. They should be shut down and put in jail and the keys thrown away!
I delivered a load, sent pictures, everyone signed off on load no problems or damage what so ever. Few days later I received an email about the company reporting damage to the load and I needed to fill out the forms they sent and send back. I called the company and they stated that there was not any damage to the load but that it was a designated load and in the pictures that I sent showed another partial load on the trailer, therefore the rate would be deducted. I researched all my documents and communicated with my dispatcher and there is absolutely no evidence indicating that this was a designated load. I was given the contact number to a supervisor. My dispatcher and I call multiple times leaving multiple messages to please contact me in this matter. No contact whatsoever. I received 2 separate emails from my Factoring Company today that they put in 2 separate claims totalling $1500.00 which was the rate of the entire load.
The took back every penny. This is absolutely ridiculous and illegal. I will not allow this company to get away with stealing from my family! They need to be shut down immediately!
A claim against their bond will be filed immediately!

Out of the 10 years I have worked with brokers this one has to be the worst. Unprofessionalism at its finest. If load cancels on you, no TONU is paid and when you ask to speak to a manager you just get sent in circles. Whenever there is an issue with your load not only will they not answer or respond to any calls / emails, but they will block you from their load offers even if you have never delivered a load late for them. Absolutely worst brokerage company we have ever worked with in the past 10 years. Also late on payment!
