Unfortunately this load was posted incorrectly and the broker meant to post this load for $2600, not $2900. He did not realize until after you were booked on the load. I tried to call you and see if this rate still worked for you but did not get an answer. Due to this we have removed you for the time being, if the rate of $2600 works for you please let me know and I will place you back on the load.

Do not book any loads with them they will put your load under a side carrier and will not pay you but I am about to come and drive for them and they will feel the money that they owe me

Very bad brokerage and unprofessional staff. They never care about their carriers. They are telling lies about their loads with appointments for pickup and delivery. Broker told only 4 hours for loading but had to wait for a day. And they told they would unload us as soon as we get there and facility is 24 hours open, but we have waited over 10 hours now and still they have not unloaded us. And the worse, they do not want to pay compensation for killing carriers days and spoiling plans. Never book loads with Brett Fair especially Coca Cola loads in TX.

Absolutely terrible company to work with. They lie about the appointment times. You will sit there for hours waiting to get loaded or unloaded. They will not answer the phone and will not reply to your emails. The way they communicate is very unprofessional.

Horrible company to do business with. We cared a load for them and Christin was very sneaky and misleading about the load drop off. It was initially setup as a Pick Thur and drop Monday. After we picked the load up they told us that it was scheduled for Wednesday. I would never do business with them again.

Be aware CUSTOMERS and CARRIERS!!!!! Their brokers division is very Unethical and unprofessional! They will not pay you and screw you every chance they get. Same goes to Customers! Stay away from them!! take your business someone good. They do not pay their carriers! So if you do not want your loads to get ruined by some unpaid and frustrated carriers take your business to a ethical and professional brokers!! If don’t trust me check their rating on DAT they have 1 out 5 stars from Carriers. That will tell you about their business practices. Let’s talk about situation first thing first. Update the Response———- he offered $127 For 14 hrs of detention after 30-50calls for 3 weeks!!(4 hrs at shipper, 10hs at 1st receiver) and for additional stop which was 50miles away! All together “$127”! (Which cast us about $300-$400 besides the $1100 load they made us cancel so we can take their fright to the 2nd destination) And it was all During Hurricane ida!! That was exactly there attitude once load is delivered they won’t care!! They treat carriers very bad!! But don’t worry once your customer see these reviews (again please check their ratings and reviews on DAT!!!!!) will hold you accountable for your horrible actions!! And poor planning from our side?? How ?? Lol Sir my driver got to the receiver 30 mins before appointment!! Shipper put wrong product on truck is not our poor planning!!! It’s your fault you pay for it You guys were reported about whole situation during 10 hrs via emails and phone! Shame on you guys ripping off essential works!! Shame on those unethical work practices!

This company will send your rate con to other people even harrass people even though your not even a carrier for them they email my email every day all day long and have been told to stop emailing my email that it has no affiliates with a carrier they deal with and still they email every day all day asking for driver up dates they are not professional and should not be trusted there ethics are 0 and they will be hearing from my lawyer for harassment soon! Don't work with brokers like this they are not accountable for there actions ! If I could give a 0 star it would have been submitted!

Taylor Logistics is horrible company. They have no issues providing fraudulent information to get business and ruin someone's reputation. Wrong pick up time. Wrong drop off time. Rate Con was fraudulent. Broker lied to my company. Bait and switch run and hide scammers. If you value your time and effort stay away. If you get a load best bet is to refuse it. If they need a copy of the bol after loading it means they lied on the rate con about the drop off time and have not set the appointment up. You will never be able to get them on the phone or answer an email or acknowledge a message in 4 kites, the app they require you to use. Value your time and effort and do not drive for this company.

Same problem as everyone else no detention paid. People who work their have no knowledge about logistics and respect to people. They do mistakes and play stupid. If we do a mistake or run late they just love to charge us but when they do that it is fine with them. Business like this are a shame to some good companies over there. Guys sometimes it is not worth it, even in a big need to take load from this company.

Stay far away from this shipper/broker. They do not care about HOS regulations and should they happen to call your driver while sleeping then they will deduct $50.00 stating that the driver missed a check call. Every load that is dispatched through our TMS sends an ELD tracking link to the broker so they have no excuse not knowing where the driver was. In addition the driver made several check calls through our TMS which sends an exact location with Date/Time-stamp to the broker who booked the load. This is fraudulent business practice at best

Booked a load with Andrew Haddix to pick up on Friday by 11 pm FCFS, the driver arrived at 7 pm, the shipper said they won't load him until Saturday. Andrew said will submit a request for layover and a few days later the account manager A.J. Sheets, refused to pay layover because we told them ETA of 6-6:30, and the driver arrived at 7:00 pm, even though they said shipping is by 11 pm. Of course we tried reaching them many times and AJ is just ignoring our phone calls. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company! They do not care about the drivers, they can not keep their promises.

The worst broker I have worked with in a while, 0 stars. If you are a carrier don’t even bother to call them or take any loads with them. You book a load with them, after that they repost it cheaper and if they find somebody else for cheaper they take you off the load and never answer you again, this is the second time that happens to me. And if you get the load somehow most likely you will not get paid. Carriers and customers stay away!

They told us receiver opens at .
Lie #1 they open 9am.
Lie# 2 They said they spoke to receiver and told them we are coming.
Lie# 3&4 They said to go in at 10am when the receiver himself told us they are only by appt and that the soonest we would be able to offload would be at 11am.
* Also said they won't be paying detention until 2 hours after 12pm. Which is just BS way of brokers taking advantage of carriers.
