Having had a bad experience with this company, I strongly suggest that you do not book a load with them, as they are unprofessional and do not pay detention or TONU. The company does not even answer the phone or respond to emails. I will post photos of the email I sent, and I hope I will receive a response so that I can post them as well. Please stay tuned if you would like to see a brokerage company that is very unprofessional.

We see many have the same issue by booking loads with unscrupulous brokers: our issue was with Matt Beyer, Cincinnati office, we booked a load TX-KS 825miles on 25th July, with delivery next day by 15.00 flatbed (which we know are not appointment sensitive loads). Truck was held at the pickup for 4.50hrs, left the shipper at 15.11pm, they still expected us to deliver next day by 15.00 (44,000lbs load, even though we notified them that delivery won't be sooner than 16.00 next day). Ended up with $150 charge for late delivery, $0 in detention, another $150 for "hostage" paperwork (this is a new trend of broker trick now), and late payment after 40 days. They are in our DNU list. They do not work with you- they just predatory do not pay their invoices in full, will invent any charges possible to pay you less than was in the contract! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

YOU WILL REGRET HAULING FOR THIS COMPANY! They post the cheapest freight, they do not answer the phone if you have a problem with a load you happen to book with them, they are not professional at all! We had a 4pm appointment and did not get loaded until the following day and it we had to finally copy the CEOs of the company in order to get our well deserved layover money! They do not follow up on emails unless you copy their management, the brokers are rude and do not work with you when you have a problem (and I have had a problem on the only two loads we ran for them). I don't understand how a company so large can operate the way they do, maybe they should stick to just making beverages because they suck at logistics

The warehouse staff at Northwest Distribution are completely incompetent. How do you justify taking 6 hours to load 18 pallets?

Booked a load with them truck was at the shipper for over 6 hours. After so many emails and calls they said it was a work-in load and did not pay us any detention. The RC clearly shows 10am to 2300. Do not waste your time with this brokerage.

This is the worst broker ever. Very disrespectful; the broker we booked the load with lied to us, telling us that their payment terms are 2 business days, and then after a full week of waiting, I called to check. No contact for their accounts payable and after multiple calls to the broker we booked the load with, he answered with a condescending tone, was very disrespectful, and then hung up on me without providing the contact number to their accounting or when to expect payment for the load. it's been 2 weeks and still no answer from their accounts payable after multiple emails.

We booked load and after waiting 3 hours at shipper in Sparks NV they cancelled load and refused to pay TONU!When I call their office same Serbian guy answers all phones pretending he is just a simple worker and his boss is in Europe for vacation!With his broken Serbian English accent threatens to give us freight guard report!Keeping in touch with some companies who had been their victim before I understood they also do double brokerage

I was trying to book a load with Kevin, he told me shipper closes at 5pm i politely refused and said i can't make it to the pick up(i didn't wanna lie and screw them even tho i needed that load) , he than asked me to pick it up tomorrow morning which i accepted because we could make it on time ... 2 hours after on friday afteroon he tells me sorry customer canceled the load(and now we are stuck without load and will lose our reload) , this is the rudest thing someone did to me after i tried to be nice and not lie to them it just shows even tho you want to be fair Garbage brokers will do everything to steal your money and make you suffer for no reason ,

If I could put NO STAR I would. Booked a load with these guys yesterday to pick up today only to find out they had the same load posted for today. I had another truck in the same area so I inquired on it and the info was the same as the one I booked yesterday, only $300 CHEAPER! Questioned if it was the same load and the guy tries saying we didn’t answer his calls so he took us off. NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS OR EMAILS. Has the nerve to ask us if we want the load for $300 cheaper. I go to the thread with the woman we booked the load with and she LIES to us saying the load has been postponed. Unethical business. Reporting them to everything I can. As the other comments say, they will book you and string you along until they find a cheaper carrier. DONT LET YOURSELF BE DUPED!!

Attention! Please avoid these brokers at all costs, they are the worst! They will hold your trucks for days without paying layovers or detention, and when you ask to get paid you will get yelled at, no professionalism and courtesy whatsoever, I would give 0 stars if possible. Beware, drivers and dispatchers, never take a load from this company.

Terrible company STAY AWAY VERY RUDE AND BAD PEOPLE.
If you are a carrier DO NOT book a load they will waste your time will agree on price then will look for cheaper option and will delay as long is possible.
If you are shipper even worst to go with them they do not care your load to get into hands of good and reliable carrier but would give to any one just so they can keep bigger bite if the rate for them this way your load is in huge risk.
They are BIG TIME LYERS.!!!

Driver got to the pick up on friday, on time- waited all day- there was not a load ready, waited till the next day with a promise of layover, no load again on Saturday all day driver asked for a Tonu for there not being a load. Broker said wait till monday there should be another load ready. Supervisor said that since the driver did not wait till moday he would not be issued a tonu. So after losing all day friday, all day sat, Sunday(shipper is closed), supervisor wanted the driver to wait till monday to see if the load is ready....would not even pay for tonu 150 for wasting 2 days must be confused with layovers...in any case

They do not pay detention-12 hours at the pick up and no detention paid.I booked a load with them that supposed to be ready at 4 pm- I arrived 3 hours earlier at the pick up.Load got ready at midnight and I was loaded at 1am.They were notified every 2 hours about load not being ready and they just told me to be patient.After when the delivery was done ,they said that this facility is FCFS and they do not pay any detention which is ridiculous.

my driver arrived on time
got unloaded in 24 hrs next day in the morning
they avoid paying layover or detention already 4th week they said they working on it but they did not get an answer from the customer, i told them its their mistake they have to pay they just tell me yeah lz wait will keep u posted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is ridiculous company,I book the load with Michael Irwin and send my driver to the pick up, after hour and a half he calnceld a load and offer me $50,for TONU. When I ask for standard TONU $150 he offerd me $75, I will put this company on the black list.
