If you need a broker that does not answer emails or phone calls, you have the winner. Worst company regarding communication. Had to pay their lumper as they didn't answer the phone. Its been over 15 emails multiple phone calls (attempts) to different people and over a week has pass and they are still unable to provide an updated rate con. Not only is it waste of time but not a good experience at all. Normally it takes minutes not weeks to get these issues resolved.

EDIT: EVERYONE! We never got the TONU so their claims that it was added are just bunch of lies again! Beware of this company! The contact at the apartment to move the bed came up to the van We didn't even know where to go and the broker isn't answering so I talked to the person who had us shipping the bed There's no paperwork And my company is not even on The information for the load. Check the reviews on the d a t low board they don't pay. It's a shame that people take advantage of us hardworkers. Do not use that they will cheat you

Do not work with this company .
They are not honest and unprofessional. We did our part of the deal they changed their said last minute and now they don't want to reimburse for our service.
Save your time and simply avoid working with then , specially with Carlene Bachar . If you care for your drivers , don't trust them!

If I could give this broker -100 stars I would. BE AWARE (NEVER work with this company). This entire company needs to be shut down and this broker Nathan should honestly be in jail. They don’t pay for shipments, love false allegations, and are doing some seriously sketchy stuff here. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. Extremely unethical. Picked up for this company 3 or 4 times since May. Each time they book a load is always been canceled hours b4 you book it. Afterwards they refuse to pay for dri ers time running to pick up. They won't pay for a truck not used each time. For anyone out there they have a bond for the load start going after they're insurance coverage on load.

This company is very unprofessional with their brokers, and they exhibit racism, especially towards individuals from other countries who have loads with them. They engage in biased racial profiling. Please be aware of these brokers as they may try to take advantage of you and damage your reputation and company. Industry standard for detention is first 2 hours are free. After 2 hours is $50/hr after 10 hrs is $250 layover. This guys being also a trucking company should understand how it works and definitely be more professional. Tom, please do more research on detention and layovers because 90% of brokers do pay $50/hr and $250 layovers.
$150 you paid for 12hr wait and say nobody will pay more and hang up the phone its not right. You should appreciate the work we do as truckers.

The most irresponsible broker anywhere. While driving to pick up the load, the broker called every hour; when I tried to check in, it turned out that the load should have been loaded 2 days ago. Over the next day he called three times for knowing my location, the question is why did I connect to the tracking app? Arriving at night for delivery, but receiver cant take me because USDA work only MO-FR, delivery on Saturday. So the broker said he would help us unloading today, but an hour later he did not pick up the phone and no answer any more! Call to my dispatcher and saying that we were late for delivery! What??!! So I'll stay in company on all weekend... Beware of this Broker company! He doesn't know what are they doing!

The rep sent a rate con for a load to be picked up in Opelika, AL but it was picking up in Montgomery-70 miles away. Ciara offered to pay $150 for us to pick up or receive truck not used. We chose truck not use and then she claimed she had to get approval. It’s been two weeks and she won’t answer calls or emails. It’s disgusting how these companies get over not paying detention and TONU.

Worst broker I have worked with, they gave us a load than said no delivery appt and didnt pay TONU, pushing us to take some random load hundred miles away. Be aware of them. Broker was Renee Spruhan, really unprofessional, dont know how to talk to people... I wouldnt even give a zero star.

Booked a load with Daniel Ramirez on a Thursday picking up on Saturday. Friday at 730 pm he send an email out saying "The load is cancelled, don't send your driver in."

We close at 5pm. As does EVERY OTHER Carrier in the USA. Therefore nobody saw this email. He DID NOT call us. We have an after hours number, and it wasn't even used. All they did was send us an email 3 hours past closing time and call it good.

My driver arrived to pick up the next morning at 0721 to be told the load was moved by a different carrier already. This man sold the load to a different carrier for less, and pulled me off of it outside of business hours, where I would have no chance of recovering. Especially it being on a Saturday.

He also was too scared to actually come on the phone and explain what happened. Instead he just ignores my phone calls, and sends emails saying "THERE WILL BE NO TONU."

If we were to cancel a load with just 1 email, these guys would have a meltdown. but I guess double standards are normal for freight brokers.

Sheep in wolves clothing these guys. Never met people too scared to talk on the phone before LOL.

If I could I would give 0 stars. Very unprofessional company. Booked load with Tyler M. He promised me he will pay detention at the shipper. I spent there 12 hours and now he is refusing to send me new revised rate sheet with extra money on it for every hour I was there. He gave me 100$ and told be I should be happy because his boss didnt want to give me anything. Also they never picks up the phone. Always on hold. Why no one is working there? DO NOT TAKE LOADS FROM THEM. I have everything proven in my emails and still got screwed by them. Because companies like that people go out of business!

Customers and Carries be aware Dan and Dave will not pay you, be aware of these guys and stay away, don’t believe a single word they say , they are big snakes full of lies and no demneties.

We are working on big civil case against them for not paying Carries like us .

These guys have problems with being American Citizens, but having accent… this why they keep screwing us over.

I have booked load with that company. My driver was waiting for 8 hours to be loaded. I notified broker that there would be the detention. After load was delivered I asked broker for the revised rate confirmation with detention, but he was ignoring me for long time. When I reached him he said that he couldn't do anything with that and I need to send an email to their detention department, but there are even worse then that broker. They didn't even answer my emails and calls and they are still ignoring me.

We hauled a load for MGM on 01/08/2024 and I have consistently called and emailed to get paid since then. I sent my driver to their office in IL and he was told a check will be mailed out the next day but it was a lie, LIARS! No one answers phone calls or reply to emails. I finally talked to Chris today and he arrogantly told me that MGM is net 45 days now, the economy is slowly down and that I shouldn't have voted for Joe Biden.

Horible brokerage. Have no idea what they are booking/selling. Comunication over google translate. Fishing /selling loads that they have no idea will ever be unloaded. They don't have even an idea if their load is drop trailer or not. So far sitting already 2 weeks with the load sold as a firm LIVE UNLOAD. Comunication :0 ; Incompetence : 100+
