Worst experience ever! Got a load from them and it was canceled after we deadheaded 300miles (broker was informed about that). Broker started telling stories that the load was not ready, but the driver found out that the cargo was loaded to another carrier.

Scam. Do not work with them.
2 month they do not paying a load saying that they need to get some kind of confirmation from their customer. But they can not get that confirmation, because their accountant on vacation LOL. Very funny. At the same time their accountant sending us emails, but she is on vacation. Scam. Avoid. Do not deal with them if you want to save your time, money and nerves. Such a companies deserve to be reported to DOT for deceptive business practice ... One star is too much for them!!!

I will avoid this broker, I had a load booked wirh Mark, friday delivery check in at 7am and was told they don’t need anymore the load, broker asked to wait and at the end they unloaded at 2pm, I lost my next load, and had nothing else at that time afternoon

I do not recommend booking loads with this brokerage company. Especially with brokers Luke Mackey and Travis from Coast 2 Coast Logistics LLC. They booked us as carriers on Load Pro# 85811 WY-WY, and then canceled on us. They refuse paying us TONU (Truck ordered not used). These 2 brokers that work in this company are shady and not trustworthy. Avoid working with them. Thank you

Booked a load with and truck loaded but the receiver we confirmed that could not unload a truck and broker asked us to unload at shipper now he paid only 150 TONU which we lost one day for this load loading and unloading

We had a appointment at 00.20 on a Sunday morning. Trailer was not empty until 12:00 (noon) on Monday. They only want to pay $250.00. I cannot ask my drivers to sit for 36 hours and do it for $250.00. Also small companies cannot afford to lose freight revenue without being compensated. The consignee told us when we arrived they were waiting on a part from Germany before they could unload us. They new well before we arrived that we were not getting unloaded, they said nothing.

This broker’s agents are crooks, they lie about everything ,like the mileage of the load,, they lie about the weight of the load and the rate of the load in order to cheat the hard working carriers.

I had a load with three pickups.
We agreed that the load has three pickups ,and one drop with 560 miles, and 19,777 weight.

The mileage became 635, and the weight became 36000.

The pickups became Four which I was told after delivery .

We agreed three pickups, and they are claiming the third pickup had two pickups which I was not been told, they hide from me in order this hungry double broker to rob me.

We agreed three pickups ,and I picked all the three pickups with extra mileage and extra weight.

When I delivered they said the third pickup had an extra pickup which I was not be told or agreed for.

After I delivered the load, the double broker agents called me ,and said the third pickup had two pickups while I was told by Zak and another double broker of this broker you have one pickup from each of your three pickups.

Second they don’ know their job and their responsibility.

When you complete the load with rate you negotiated they deduct the amount they want.

Never pickup a load for this broker,!

Especially one of their agent called Zak. This broker’s agents are double brokers whom are in some in Europe.

And they hungry to Robbing hard working carriers .

Becareful when booking loads with them, they deducted $200, $1500 to $1300, without a notice. When we told them we would leave a review, they threatened to give us a Freight Guard!

I have been in logistics a long time. This brokerage I can confidently say has absolutely no integrity, and should not be utilized in any way. Their business practices are highly manipulative, and predatory. I assume they will not be in business much longer. These evil people deserve the bad karma in their lives

I recently booked a load with Luis Pineda from Empire Express Inc. Driver arrived pick up and had to wait for over 11hours with the knowledge of this broker. We are yet to get a revised ate confirmation till now for TONU. Luis Pineda picks the call and acts like he going to send the revised rate confirmation but doesnt. This is absolutely unfair being that the driver lost all his hours over the weekend and money too.

DAVE SOUTHWORTH tricked us . Sent us Rate Confirmation with yesterday's date (11.28) , well it's our fault that we trusted him that this load could deliver on 29. but that was not the case , rate con was sent on 29. He did not answer his cell phone , replied on couple of emails then starts to ignore us. Yesterday (29.) , we also booked the load for Sunday , but apparently that load "was not good" since he knew that he tricked us on this one and that we would probably cancel the load . So , he messed up our dedicated load , left us with full trailer (receiver don't wanna unload us since they did not move the appointment for 29. they just left 28. appointment like the receiver won't notice the difference). Check your pickup or delivery number after booking the load with them or simply avoid them . Broker also knew that we have dedicated load after this one and he totally ignored to tell us that this is recovery load that supposed to be picked up on 28. not 29.

I just has a very bad experience with this broker, we had a trailer loaded for a whole weekend and now he doesn't want to pay what corresponds and now he is threatening us that he is going to say that we are doing double brokerage and all for not paying 240 dollars some cheats I do not recommend anyone to make loads with these guys.

I call back a 4th time and was told the load was booked with another carrier.

Be careful booking with this broker
they will book your truck the look for cheaper options, once they find they will cancel yours and not issue a TONU
if you happen to ask for an Manager, you only digging a hole for your self and are rude and disrespectful
