    this dishonest company charging for no reason, disgusting experience!!!! broker Ilan Scheinman said that all good, no fees & cut the rate -$150 before paying, avoid to deal with this GARBAGE company, they do not have any respect to you.

    We booked a load with Nate (pleasant and no problems), then when we arrived at location, we were told it was a “ghost load” and should’ve never been posted as order hadn’t even been received yet by Shipper. It would take a couple of hours minimum before it would be ready. Notified Nate. He verified that the load was not ready yet, but “Account Manager, Mitch” refused to pay TONU even though truck was at Shipper and ready to load. He even agreed that was the definition of a Truck Order Not Used. Horrible customer service! Will never use this broker again and highly suggest that any reputable trucking companies not use them either.

    In response to owner: “ghost load” is the term the Shipper used when we provided the Pickup # provided on the signed rate confirmation from your company.

    One of the worst brokers I’ve ever used Jonathan or miles or whatever your name is withholds a lot of information like whether or not trucks can get into the place of delivery also they will call you like 20 times back to back if you don’t answer the first time just to tell you something that they have already told you 5 times stay away at all cost will save you money and time
