    Industry standard for detention is first 2 hours are free. After 2 hours is $50/hr after 10 hrs is $250 layover. This guys being also a trucking company should understand how it works and definitely be more professional. Tom, please do more research on detention and layovers because 90% of brokers do pay $50/hr and $250 layovers.
    $150 you paid for 12hr wait and say nobody will pay more and hang up the phone its not right. You should appreciate the work we do as truckers.

    I've had a chance to book a very poor load out of FL to TX, we got to the delivery at 8am, with an apt for 10am. Didn't want to push anything, but after 11am and no people showing up, I told them what was going on. They (Oscar Otabek and some guy Ziyod, with no last name...) told me they reached out to the receiver. After 12pm I contacted them saying we're requesting detention, they only then reached out to them. No people at receiver, not even sure which dock do we have to go to, absolutely no help from them. They obviously do not care about drivers nor the carrier. It's now 3pm and we still have no movement, who knows how long its going to take...

    Don’t use this broker! Reworked load, delivered it, clean signed BOL, now they won’t pay their bill! On top of that, they won’t answer emails or phone calls!, …..stay away…..they are scumbags. They don’t pay

    PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THIS BROKER. I’ve been in business for 10 years with a flawless record. One miscommunication about a pallet left on a dock and a now they freightguard me to ruin my reputation. Completely unethical business practices. They are a double broker company.
