    I do not recommend booking loads with this brokerage company. Especially with brokers Luke Mackey and Travis from Coast 2 Coast Logistics LLC. They booked us as carriers on Load Pro# 85811 WY-WY, and then canceled on us. They refuse paying us TONU (Truck ordered not used). These 2 brokers that work in this company are shady and not trustworthy. Avoid working with them. Thank you

    We booked a load with Luke that was supposed to be picked up in Medford, OR--When my driver arrived at the shipper we were told that the load actually shipped out of Chemault, OR. 108 miles out of route. Requests for additional compensation were ignored. Any amount to help us cover fuel expense would have been sufficient, After 2 weeks of trying to make contact with Luke he finally flat out said that he was not going to pay any additional $ for the out of route miles. Then fictitiously accused us of being late for the delivery appointment, which is absolutely not true. Poor communication, unprofessional, bait and switch artist.

    Worst Broker we have ever done business with. Luke is a disgrace to the trucking industry and makes industry brokers look bad. They booked a load with us, we hauled to site which we never got the pin dropped as they stated they would send and eventually got the info from the receiver after we got and sat in the town we were supposed to be in. Once on site they stated the crane was 60 minutes away. Could not get a hold of Luke for several hours when he did he became very arrogant and disrespectful and told us the crane blew 2 tires and that we would have to sit overnight. There was little to no communication or updates until we called even when they said they would be calling us back, even after hours of waiting. If I could give this place a NO STAR REVIEW I would.
    COMPLETE DISGRACE TO THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY!
