    booked a load for $2,000, promised to send rate confirmation within 2 minutes. its been over an hour now no one is picking up our calls or replying to emails, completely ignoring us. Booked load with Rachel and Danny sent us an email asking for driver info. sent it to him right away and they are just shopping around for a cheaper truck. Load has been reposting every 5 minutes since we booked it theyre just avoiding our calls. When i call off a burner line they pick up and say the load is still available and offer it now for $1,700.

    Carries BEWARE!!! Indian scammers! Don’t get any loads from them, Harry Smith, obviously not real name. Probably Rakesh or Mohamed his real name. Never send rate con, threats and aggressive behavior. Phycho, not a broker. ALL Good rewords written by same Indian scammers and fake accounts if you look closely

    BEWARE! DO NOT USE! This Broker "fined" us for a late delivery fee. We delivered the load a day early even, and it showed that signed on the rate confirmation.

    Companies like this need to be reported and closed down.

    Horrible experience. I was served by Harry Smith. He assigned a team load as a solo and then was threatening to charge $1000 if driver will not be there on time. Unprofessional scammer.
    Few weeks after load was delivered, Harry Smith keeps emailing me with threats about deductions (when invoice was already approved by company's billing department). I asked to talk to supervisor multiple times and he refused to provide me with supervisor phone number or email. He also tried to play around by not sending rate confirmation stating that he has a family emergency and trying to get drivers to do job and not be paid as a team. Horrible experience. Avoid this guy at all cost.
