Indian double brokers who don't pay TONU or LAYOVER. Short pay carriers and has multiple 5 star reviews from Indian names. This company is a joke. Address in Melville, NY doesn't have a soul. All of them are overseas. Shady shady broker but somehow still in business.

Do not work with these brokers. You will get sent to voice mail every time you'll try to call them and they will not compensate for any accessorials such as detention, layover or lumpers.

Extremely unprofessional broker. We setup with this broker for a GA to AR load - our driver is empty and ready for dispatch and at the last minute they have pulled/cancelled the load from us with no TONU and saying that because we are associated with a brokerage they cannot do this load with us.
We are a small family owned trucking company thats been in operation since 2010. All of our setup documents are for our CARRIER MC authority. We also provided them with Truck/trailer numbers, drivers cell number for tracking, we emailed them location pings from our e-logs and GPS, even sent them pictures of the truck as proof that we are an asset-based trucking company. Did not matter.
American Logistics Group broker "Roman G" still insisted that they had to take the load away from us. Very unprofessional - do not book with them.

Canceled the load and booked with another carrier.
Booked a load with us and than cancelled saying shipper is closed. I called the shipper and they were still opened and waiting for us so we sent a driver to figure it out what is going on and than we find out they booked the same load with another carrier for cheaper rate. So be careful with those people that work from India

Very poor Brokerage. Agrees to pay layover on load and sends ratecom but months later short pays factoring company and claims only reason agreed to layover was under duress. Laughable. Will still get our money since have signed and agreed upon ratecom by going after bond but still not worth time and energy to work with them in future. Would highly suggest others not pull their loads as plenty of other reputable brokers out there that will pay.
