We booked load with them for pickup Sunday. They messed up location, so my driver had to stay until Monday to be loaded. Of course after hours promised us detention rate. From the moment we picked up this load they are ignoring us and do not want to send any revision with extra money!! They are either not picking up the phone or just hanging up on us!! It is pretty much like everyone else's experience here.

All Carriers Beware !!! We are in business for more that 8 years and have encountered dishonest brokers before but AAA Logistics Services in one one of the worst. Extremely unprofessional. Broker Shawn booked a load with one of our dispatchers, then after we are already loaded and rolling calls to cancel it, but calls a different dispatcher, from our second office, promising a compensation, then calling the original dispatcher and lying about what he agreed on with who. Better wait extra time for another load than book with them, even if they are the only one broker with suitable load. NO ETHICS, NO PROFESSIONALISM. PURE GREED AT THE PRICE OF ANYTHING AND ANYONE.

STONE, and all his loads!
reported us to freightguard, because we refused to take a load when arrived at the pick up saw the load was UNSAFE to take it, that piece of machinery was impossible to tarp it , DRIVER FELT UNSAFE to do that because there was a big posibility of damaging it, this cheap BROKER NEEDED A CONESTOGA not stepdeck with tarps.
after all explaining this guy was not listeneing us at all, he was threatening us if we do not take it we will be reported , we cannot be PUSHED to take a load if driver feels UNSAFE by anybody.
be carefull and do not book with this broker.

The worst, We got $500 cut from our pay, we were late on delivery, had an issue with our truck from TX to Oh ( was for $1800 ) we delivered the next day by Appointment, our truck was At Walgreens for over 8hr to be unloaded and on the confirmation they have fine $ 250 per Day for late, but we got double charge and lost one day at delivery
It's our fault, we can't afford newer trucks, that don't break down , it's our fault for working for nothing to begin, and working for People like ACTION

Booked a load with Aaron Warner. When we arrived at the shipper we were told the shipment was not ready. We warned the broker that we would probably not be able to deliver the shipment on time under these conditions. In response, he did not offer to reschedule the shipment, but simply removed us from the shipment and refused to pay compensation.
Is this how your company works?

This company has been sending us harassing emails trying to solicit to us. I have called and sent multiple email responses and they keep sending emails even after they have been told to stop and promised to stop sending them. Marian Thomas is the rudest representative ever and refuses to believe that our office manager is in fact a manager and constantly calls her an "answering service". She refuses to accept no for an answer and is horrible to speak to. STOP EMAILING US! This is absolutely absurd.

Edit 6/7 : We have since received a phone call from management apologizing on behalf of the agent that was causing these issues. While I do appreciate the fact they they responded to us, I will say that it did take me posting this review before we received any communication.

Indian double brokers who don't pay TONU or LAYOVER. Short pay carriers and has multiple 5 star reviews from Indian names. This company is a joke. Address in Melville, NY doesn't have a soul. All of them are overseas. Shady shady broker but somehow still in business.

The most glaring issue was with SARA ABDUSSALAM her lack of professionalism and responsiveness. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and seek clarification on crucial matters, there was an alarming lack of response.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM based on this profoundly unsatisfactory experience. with their above mentioned agents that need for improvement in communication, attention to detail, and most importantly solving issues.

If I could give them a negative 5 I would! Warning: the brokers will say you are “late” even though you are not and then take part of your hard earned money without any notice. They take forever to pay you. They will not answer your phone calls if you have any complaints. We would never take a load from this company again even if they were the last company on earth.

Beware of Axle Logistics!! I did a load from AZ to TN and shipper shipped too much and I notified Samuel Cody and Gibson Miller both was aware of the situation and they agreed to pay me $600 more dollars for it being on my trailer and then it set on my trailer for four more extra days until they was able to get another company to redeliver it back to the shipper and now they refuse to pay the additional money that I am now due. They will make their problem your problem and screw the driver. Stay away from these guys not honest people but liers.

I did a load for BAT the issue was not the detention pay but the fact that bat Logistics claimed the bill of lading was tampered with when in fact they were texting the driver back and forth while he was on detention...I have emails where they said along with the ratecon that they would pay..in the end I don't recommend anyone working with them just for the simple fact that they are dishonest...

booked a load for $2,000, promised to send rate confirmation within 2 minutes. its been over an hour now no one is picking up our calls or replying to emails, completely ignoring us. Booked load with Rachel and Danny sent us an email asking for driver info. sent it to him right away and they are just shopping around for a cheaper truck. Load has been reposting every 5 minutes since we booked it theyre just avoiding our calls. When i call off a burner line they pick up and say the load is still available and offer it now for $1,700.

We are a carrier who completed a load for Camel logistics on 11/2. We did everything asked of us successfully and professionally. We attempted on many occasions to contact them about payment. Upon the times they answered, we were told that we would receive payment within 30 days. When that did not happen, I wrote a review in which I gave them 1 star on DAT. They contacted me and attempted to pester me into giving them 5 stars. When I would only change my review to 3 stars(because we did eventually received the payment 46 days after completing the load), threats were made to write a negative review of my company. They made a report on carrier411 because they didn't like my honest review of their business practices. I have emails and phone logs to back up my claim. Be very careful doing business with this company. They do not exhibit good integrity.
