We had a pretty disappointing situation with Mr. Francois who was supposed to fly out for an interview. After we booked and paid $500 for his flight, he never showed up. When we finally got a hold of him to figure out what happened, he told us he had chosen another employer but didn't bother to inform us in advance. The whole experience felt disrespectful and wasteful. Not only did we lose out on the money for the flight, but we also missed the opportunity to consider other candidates who might have been more considerate and communicative. This lack of professionalism and courtesy was a real letdown.
